Scholarship Overview
Eligibility Requirements: Applicant must be a Black/African American Student who graduated or will graduate from an accredited high school in the school year of 2024/2025, or a current, full-time, Black/African American Undergraduate college student.
Additionally, applicants must have lived in Atascosa, Bandera, Bexar, Comal, Guadalupe, Kendall, Medina, or Wilson County while attending high school, and currently have a minimum G.P.A of 3.0 points on a 4.0 scale.
Deadline: March 31, 2025
Application Requirements/Checklist:
• AEF Form 1949 Application
• High School/College Transcript and Senior year/college schedule
• Copy of ACT and SAT scores (High School Applicants)
• Most recent headshot photograph of the student
• Letter of recommendation: At least two (max 5) written within 2 months of submission.
